Welcome to Teekond Stuudio.
We are a proudly Estonian indie game studio driven by a love for games and the craft behind them. We create what we feel is missing — experiences we want to exist. For us, success is being part of the play. And in everything we make, there is always a bit of Estonia.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, games, and related content provided by NAT20 OÜ, operating as Teekond Stuudio.
By accessing our website, interacting with our content, or using our games, you agree to these Terms.

If you access or purchase our game through Steam, your use of Steam is also governed by Steam’s own terms, policies, and platform rules. In case of matters specifically related to Steam accounts, payments, delivery, platform access, or refunds, Steam’s rules will also apply.
3. Game distribution and purchases
At the moment, our game is distributed through Steam only.
This means:

purchases are processed through Steam, not directly through us

access to the game may depend on your Steam account and Steam platform services

refunds, billing issues, and platform-level purchase questions may be handled under Steam’s systems and policies
We do not currently offer in-game purchases, subscriptions, or paid in-game content.
4. Use of our website and game
You may use our website and games only in a lawful and respectful way.
You agree not to:

attempt to interfere with, damage, reverse engineer beyond what the law permits, or disrupt our game, website, or related systems

In plain English: enjoy the game, support the studio, do not do weird illegal nonsense.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content created by Teekond Stuudio — including game content, visuals, logos, branding, text, design elements, trailers, website content, and other creative materials — belongs to NAT20 OÜ or is used with permission.
You may not reproduce, sell, republish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, unless applicable law allows it.
You are welcome to talk about our game, stream it, review it, and share your honest thoughts. That is part of the fun.
6. User content and community interactions
If you post comments, messages, reviews, tags, forum content, or other public responses about our games or studio on third-party platforms, those interactions may also be governed by the rules of those platforms.
We are not responsible for user-generated content posted by other people on Steam, YouTube, X, Discord, or elsewhere.
If we ever run official community spaces in the future, we reserve the right to remove clearly abusive, illegal, threatening, spammy, or hateful content.
7. Availability and changes
We are an indie studio. That means things evolve.
We may:

patch, improve, rebalance, or change our games

fix bugs

change content, features, or direction

pause, remove, or discontinue parts of our services if needed
We will try to act reasonably, but we do not guarantee that everything will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Games are living beasts. Sometimes they bite.
8. No warranties
Our website, games, and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law.
We do not promise that:

the website or game will always be uninterrupted or error-free

every bug will be fixed instantly

the game will run perfectly on every system
-
all content will always remain available forever
That said, we do care deeply about making good work, and we are not in the business of shipping junk on purpose.
Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. EU consumer law gives consumers mandatory protections, and digital content contracts are subject to specific rules.

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAT20 OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website, games, or related content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law, including mandatory consumer protections.

We do not control those services, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or behaviour.
Using those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Steam’s own agreement governs users’ rights and obligations on Steam, including platform use and account-related matters.

We care about privacy and aim to keep things simple.

At this time, our game does not collect personal data directly through gameplay.
12. Refunds and consumer rights
If you purchase our game through Steam, refunds and purchase handling may be managed through Steam’s platform and policies. Steam has its own subscriber agreement and support flows for those transactions.
If mandatory consumer rights apply to your purchase under applicable law, those rights remain unaffected. EU rules require clear pre-contract information and include withdrawal rules for distance sales, while digital content can be treated differently once supply begins with the consumer’s prior consent and acknowledgement.
13. Termination or restriction
We reserve the right to restrict access to our website or services if someone is clearly abusing them, attacking them, using them unlawfully, or violating these Terms.
That is not our hobby. But it is on the table if someone decides to be a problem professionally.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we do, we will post the updated version on our website and update the effective date above.
